Roles
| Role | Can publish | Can approve | Can edit templates | Can see billing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Owner | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Admin | Yes | Yes | Yes | No |
| Editor | Needs approval | No | No | No |
| Analyst | No | No | No | No |
There is exactly one Owner. Transfer it under Settings → Members before removing the current Owner’s account, or you will lock yourself out of billing.
Seats
A seat is a person who can sign in, whatever their role — Analysts count. Adding someone above your plan’s limit prompts an upgrade rather than silently failing.
Removing a member frees the seat immediately. Their scheduled posts stay in the queue and are reassigned to the workspace, not deleted.
Approvals
With approvals enabled, anything an Editor composes enters a Pending state instead of the queue. Admins and the Owner see it on the approvals screen and can approve, request changes, or reject.
Approval is per workspace, not per channel. If you need one channel gated and another open, that is currently two workspaces.
Changing plan
Upgrading takes effect immediately and is prorated for the rest of the cycle.
Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current cycle, so you keep what you paid for. If your usage exceeds the lower plan’s limits when it takes effect — too many channels connected, too many seats — you will be asked to reduce them first.
Cancelling
Cancel any time under Settings → Billing. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
Before the period ends, export what you need: Settings → Export produces your templates, scheduled content and analytics history as JSON. After the period ends, data is retained for 30 days and then deleted.
