Social posts and email, one dashboard

One composer.
Every channel you send on.

Postovio schedules your social content and ships your transactional email from the same screen — so the post and the receipt that follows it finally live in one system.

Eight social networks, a REST API, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC handled for you.

Why one tool

Two jobs that keep getting done twice.

Most teams run a scheduler for social and a separate provider for email. Neither system knows the other exists, which is why nobody can tell you whether the launch post actually sold anything.

Social publishing

Write once, adapt per network, and let the queue space it out. Built for teams who batch a fortnight of content in one sitting rather than posting daily by willpower.

  • Slots and queues Drop posts in a queue and they take the next free slot, so a batching session spreads itself across weeks.
  • Shared calendar One workspace time zone, so a team across three countries sees the same 09:00.
  • Approvals Editors draft, admins approve. Nothing reaches a channel unreviewed unless you want it to.
  • Evergreen re-queue Undated posts cycle back round with a minimum interval and a repeat cap, so the queue never runs dry.

Transactional email

Order confirmations, password resets, shipping updates. Template-driven, variable-checked, and sent on a domain whose reputation you can actually see.

  • Versioned templates Edit safely — previous versions stay available and sends in flight finish on the version they started with.
  • Deliverability built in SPF, DKIM and DMARC guided at setup, with automatic warm-up on a new sending domain.
  • Event-triggered sends Fire a template from your app, your store or a webhook with one API call.
  • Searchable logs Every message, its delivery state and its bounce reason — kept long enough to answer a customer.

One contact record, one calendar, one analytics view — and one bill instead of two.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs itself

  1. 1

    Connect

Authorise your social accounts and verify a sending domain. The DNS records are generated for you and checked automatically.

  2. 2

    Compose

Write your post once and adapt it per network in the same editor. Build email templates with variables that are validated before anything sends.

  3. 3

    Analyse

See reach, clicks, deliveries and bounces side by side — the first view that connects what you published to what it produced.

Everything included

The things you would otherwise buy twice

Every plan includes both halves of the product. There is no social-only tier and no email-only tier.

Unified composer

One editor for every network and for email, with per-channel previews so you catch a broken link before it publishes.

Shared calendar

Drag to reschedule, filter by channel, and see social sends and email campaigns on the same grid.

Template library

Reusable post formats and transactional email templates with variables, fallbacks and version history.

Approval workflow

Route drafts to a reviewer, request changes, and keep a record of who approved what and when.

Delivery log

Search every message you have sent by recipient, template or state, and see exactly why one bounced.

REST API & webhooks

Trigger sends from your own application, and receive delivery and engagement events back in real time.

Cross-channel reporting

Finally, one number that spans both

When publishing and email live in separate products, nobody can connect a post to the orders that followed it. Put them in one system and that question becomes a filter rather than a research project.

Deliverability & compliance

The half that decides whether any of it arrives

Transactional email is bought on deliverability. Here is exactly what Postovio handles, so you do not have to take it on trust.

Authentication

  • SPF record generated and validated
  • DKIM keys hosted and rotated for you
  • DMARC guidance with report parsing
  • Opportunistic TLS on every hop

Sending practice

  • Dedicated IPs from the Growth plan
  • Suppression lists applied across channels
  • Hard bounces retired automatically
  • New domains warmed over two weeks

Compliance

  • GDPR-aligned data handling
  • One-click unsubscribe on marketing sends
  • Choose your data region at signup
  • Configurable log retention

Transactional and marketing streams are kept on separate subdomains by default, so a bad month on one cannot reach the other.

FAQ

Questions people ask first

If yours is not here, email us and a human will answer.

Do I have to use both halves?

No, and plenty of customers start with one. Every plan includes both, so you can turn on transactional email months after you started scheduling posts without changing what you pay or migrating anything.

Which social networks are supported?

X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads. Some networks restrict what can be published through any API — Instagram Stories to personal accounts, for example — and those limits apply to us as much as anyone.

What counts towards my email limit?

Delivered and bounced messages count. Test sends to your own address do not. Social posts are counted separately and never draw from your email allowance.

How do you protect my sending reputation?

Transactional and marketing streams sit on separate subdomains by default, new domains are warmed over two weeks rather than opened at full volume, and hard bounces are retired automatically so you cannot keep sending into a dead address.

Can I bring my templates and schedule across?

Yes. Import templates as HTML or from a JSON export, and upload a scheduled-post backlog as CSV. If you are coming from a tool we have seen before, support will usually do the mapping for you.

Is there an API?

Yes, from the Growth plan. One endpoint sends both social posts and transactional email — the channel is a parameter. Webhooks deliver events back to you, and there is a typed Node client.

How does the trial work?

Fourteen days with every Growth feature, no card required. Transactional sending unlocks once your domain is verified, which usually takes under an hour.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Access runs to the end of the paid period, and you can export everything as JSON before it ends.
